About Dubai Design Week 2026
The 12th Dubai Design Week fills Dubai Design District (d3). Last year it drew more than 135,000 visitors and over 1,000 designers from more than 50 countries.
What happens
- Downtown Design fair (4–8 Nov): a Memphis Milano showcase, the UAE Designer Exhibition and Forum talks
- Abwab group exhibition, themed ‘In Other Words’
- Urban Commissions winner: ‘Three Gardens and a Room’ by Nao Architects
- Outdoor installations around d3
- Maker Space workshops, plus a weekend Marketplace (7–8 Nov) with makers, kids’ activities and live shows

The festival is free for all ages. Downtown Design costs AED 80 for a day or AED 150 for four days; 4 Nov is invitation-only, and the public is welcome from 5 Nov.

Getting there
- Red Line metro to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall, then RTA bus D03 to Dubai Design District 1
- Shuttle buses run from that stop to Downtown Design
- Parking: first two hours free, then AED 20 an hour
- Taxis drop off at the Downtown Design main entrance
